Our vision is for people with disabilities and their carers to have access to innovative technical solutions, enhancing quality of life, opportunities for independence and participation in the community.
With main offices in Sydney and a corps of volunteers throughout NSW, Technical Aid to the Disabled (NSW) has been serving people with disabilities for over 30 years and have developed over 25,000 devices that have assisted people with disabilities from all age groups.

"New Horizons" was the theme for this year’s Annual Branch Conference, held in July at the Rooty Hill Holiday Inn.
The three day conference brought together over 60 innovative minds from across the state. Volunteers represented groups from the Northern Rivers, Port Macquarie, Manning-Great Lakes, Hunter, Central Coast, Central West, Yass, Illawarra, Shoalhaven and Albury/Wodonga regions.
The presentations covered the organisation’s various changes over the past year and revealed future prospects.
